Vankaya Gujju pulusu

Ingredients:
Brinjal Long one
Oil 1/2 tbs
Red chilli powder 1/2 tbs
Salt to taste
Sesame seeds powder 2 tbs
Tamarind pulp 2 tbs

Recipe:
1.Apply oil to bringal , put it directly on stove which is switched on.
2.Burn the brinjal(all sides) till its completely cooked.
3.Remove that outer layer(the part which is burned) of bringal with hand and smash it well with the spoon.
4.Add all remaining items to smashed brinjal and mix it.

Sour taste of this chutney is delicious with hot pongali.
