Paani puri rasam and potato mix


For rasam:
Ingredients:
Water 1/2 lt
Tamarind Pulp 2 to 3 tbs
Coriander Leaves 3/4 cup
Mint 3/4 cup
Salt to taste
Green chillis 3
Black salt 1 tbs

Recipe:
1.Grind coriander leaves,mint and chillis together...make as a paste.
2.Take water in a bowl... add all remaining items and the paste to water.
3.Mix it well.

For Potato mix:
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes 2
Peas 1 cup
Panipuri rasam 1 cup
Garam masala 1/2 tbs
Water 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbs

Recipe:
1.If you have micro oven...the best thing to boil the potatoes is simply wrap the potatoes with tissue paper and put it in the micro oven for about 4 mins...potatoes will get completely cooked.
2.Mash the potatoes.
3.If you have frozen peas...you can use it directly.
If you have dry peas..you have to soak it and need to boil seperately.
4.Heat pan.Put oil.Add all items to it.Boil it for 10 mins until all items get mixed.

This rasam and potato mix will be absolutely heaven with small puris..We call it as "Paani puri"....
