Mutter paneer

Ingredients:
Onions 2 medium size
Ground nuts 1/2 cup(roasted)
Sesame seeds 1/4 cup(roasted)
Green chillis 6
Coconut powder 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tbs
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbs
Mustard seeds 1/2 tbs
Salt to taste
Garam masala 1 tbs
Coriander powder 1/2 tbs
Paneer 15 cubes
Sour cream 2 tbs(optional)
Peas 1/2 cup
Water to make as gravy
Ginger garlic paste.

Recipe:
1.Heat pan.Add 1 tbs oil.Put chopped onions and fry until it turn to brown.
2.Add chillis and coconut powder..fry it for a minute.Switch off the stove and let it cool down.
3.Put ground nuts,sesame seeda in a blender...make it as powder.
4.Then put fried items in the blender and grind all items together.
5.Add enough water to make as paste while grinding.
6.Heat the pan which you have used before.
7.Add oil to the pan.When it becomes hot, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and ginger garlic paste.
8.Then add the mixture you have grinded before.
9.Add sour cream,garam masala,salt,coriander powder and enough water...stir it well.
10.Add Paneer cubes and peas.
11.Cook for 15 to 20 mins on medium heat until paneer becomes soft.

Mutter paneer is awesome with chapathis,naans and biryani as well.
