Pudina rice

Ingredients:
mint leaves 2 cups
Rice 4 cups
Garlic cloves 6
Green chillis 6(depends on spicy you eat)
Salt 1-1/2 tbs
Onions 2 (medium size)
Potatoes 2
Peas 3/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
Cloves(lavangam) 4
Cilanthro(coriander leaves) 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbs
Mustard seeds 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder 1/4 tbs
Water for rice to be cooked.

Recipe:
1.Grind all mint leaves,green chillis and garlic cloves together and keep aside.
You can add little bit of water while grinding to make a paste.
2.Heat pan,add oil and then add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,cloves,chopped onions,chopped potatoes one by one.
3.Fry until potatoes get cooked.
4.Pour mint paste into pan and fry it for few minutes until water and raw smell goes off.
5.Add ginger garlic paste,peas,salt and then add washed rice,enough water.. stir it well.
6.If you are using pressure cooker,you can do directly in the cooker pan and bring it to 3 whistles.If it is electric rice cooker,put it in the cooker and switch on the plug to cook.
7.Once the rice gets cooked, add coriander leaves.
