Kachori

Ingredients:
• 2 Cups alpurpose flour(maida)
• 1 Cup yellogram flour
• 1 cup mint leaves
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 1 tsp Red chilli powder
• 1/ 4 tsp Baking powder
• Curd for making a smooth dough
• 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 3 tsp ghee
• 2 lemons(it depends on the size)
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste

Making Dough:
• Mix the alpurpose flour,salt,baking powder then add 2 tsp hot oil & ghee and add curd to make a smooth dough.

Making masala:

• Heat oil and ghee,add cumin seeds and mint leaves.Fry it for 3 to 4 minutes.
• add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala,coriander powder and salt to taste.
• Add gram flour .Stir it well and fry it till raw smell goes off.
• Finally turn off the stove. Add chilli powder and add lemon juice to it.

How to make Kachori:
• Roll out small balls of equal size out of the dough.
• Stuff the masala in it and give a twist so that the masala is sealed inside and remove excess dough.
• Heat the oil and fry the balls till it turns brown.

Serving procedure:

• Chop the onions,tomatos,coriander leaves into small pieces.
• On the top of kachori , sprinkle all above items , add 1 tsp curd , upon that sprinkle chilli-salt powder and then pepper.
