Palak Paneer

Ingredients:
Spinach 2 cups (chopped)
Onions 2( medium size)
Oil 2 tbs
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbs
Mustard seeds 1/2 tbs
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbs
Red chilli powder 1- 1/2 tbs
Salt 1 tbs
Turmeric powder 1/4 tbs
Garam masala 1/2 tbs
Sour cream 2 tbs (optional)
Paneer 15 t0 20 cubes(fried)
Water(Depends on thickness of gravy)
Coriander powder 1/2 tbs

Recipe:
1.Heat the pan.Add 1 tbs oil.Add onions and fry it until it becomes slight brown.
Add spinach...fry it until its cooked down.
2.Remove from heat and allow it to cool and make a paste of spinach mixture.
3.Heat the pan which you have used before..add oil.
Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder.
3.Pour that spinach paste into the pan.Add enough water to make as gravy.
Add sour cream and mix it well.
4.Add garam masala,red chilli powder,salt,coriander powder.Stir it well.Add paneer cubes.
5.Cook for 15 to 20 mins on medium heat.
