China Grass

Ingredients:
China grass sticks(Agar-Agar 10 gms)
Milk 1 lt
Suger
Cardamom 3 pieces(Coarsely ground)
Cashew Nuts 10(cut into small pieces)

Recipe:
1.Boil the Milk.
2.Take small cup of boiled milk aside and add chinagrass sticks to it.
Soak it for 8 to 10 minutes or put it in the micro oven until it melts.
3.Then add that cup of china grass to boiled milk and let it be boiled for few more minutes.
Stir it for few minutes until it completely melts down.
4.Before adding the suger..add 1 pinch of baking soda ,so that milk doesnt go bad.
Then add sugar to it.Cook it for 2 minutes.
5.Pour that liquid into small bowls , add small cashew pieces
and then sprinkle coarsely grounded cardamom.
When it becomes cool...it seems to be soft and then place in refrigerator.Serve chill.
