Jeera rice

Ingredients:
Rice 2 cups (cooked)
Oil 1 and half tbs
Cumin seeds 1 tbs
Cumin powder 1 tbs
Mustard seeds 1/4 tbs
Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder 1/4 tbs
Mint 1/2 cup(chopped)
Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup (chopped)
Green chillis 3 (chopped)
Salt to taste

Recipe:
1.Heat the pan.Put oil.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,Ginger garlic paste,Mint ,coriander leaves, turmeric,cumin powder,salt one by one.
2.Fry it for 1 min.
3. Then add Rice to the mixture and fry it for few more minutes.

    few additions to jeera rice..
    Add one chopped onion (long pieces) and a 1/2 cup green peas and 1 or 2 green chillies(split and chop) in the oil and fry. Also add a pinch of sugar when you fry onion it gives nice color to the rice.
