Rice 2 cups (cooked)
Lemon juice 4 tbs
Green chillis 3 (chopped)
Oil 1 and 1/2 tbs
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds 1/2 tbs
Mustard seeds 1/2 tbs
Udad dal 1/2 tbs
Chana dal 1/2 tbs
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Turmeric 1/2 tbs
Recipe:
1.When the rice is warm,add lemon juice and salt to it.Keep it aside.
2.Heat the pan.Add oil.Then add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,Udad dal,chana dal.
Once the dal turns to light brown colour..add curry leaves,chillis,turmeric powder.
3.Turn off the stove.Add this mixture(tadka) to the rice.Mix it well.
